Attributes in the listing of the management and view of workflows

The "Display attributes" checkbox has been made available in the Search filter in the listing of the management and view of workflows, even when the search has not been filtered by a process.

The attributes displayed in the search result are also available in the activity cube, except by multivalued and memo type attributes.

File forms via magnetic link (without loading JNLP)

Up until now, in order to edit or view a file form, it was necessary to accept the download of a JNLP file, execute it, wait for its execution, and, after the exhibition of several Java screens, the file contend would be displayed to the user. Now the file content is displayed through a magnetic link record. This record is created in the first user access, by clicking the button displayed on the screen.

Workflow status

Now it is possible to configure a workflow status in each activity and process end point, indicating the workflow status when the element is reached during execution.
