Home simplification

The first page that opens up right after login (home) must usually make available the options that are the most important to you, in order to help you work more intelligently, execute the correct actions in your day-by-day, and concentrate on what really matters.

 

Now it is much simpler to define your Home. Just access a portal and click Set as Home. After that, whenever you log into the system, that portal will be automatic loaded.

 

You can set the Home for Only me, All users who view the portal, or Specific users. The last two options are useful when your portal is public and you would like it to be used as Home by other people.

 

Home management may be performed through the Configuration Configuration Home (CM007) menu.

 

And you can control the people who may set your home through the Access group of the SE Administration component. Two new permissions have been added: Set home and Share portal. Only those people who have these permissions may set their own Home and share a portal, respectively.

 

Improvement of the notepad for the portal

Now it is possible to enrich the content displayed in your portal through the Notepad component. Edition is totally visual (WYSIWYG) and is now more flexible to your needs. Now you can set the colors, fonts, and formats and even add images directly to the text - everything you need to make your content even clearer.

 

 

Autocomplete in the access group filter

This enhancement has been implemented in the Configuration Configuration Access group (CM011) menu. The User filter now autocompletes and it is possible to search for the user ID, name, and login.
