Cube that shows Instance and Form data

Now it is possible to see the form fields along with the instance data in open analysis from the Workflow view. In this way, it is possible to generate stratification and views of a particular record of workflow in an easy and practical way.

 

 

 

Execute tasks with Basic license

From this version, users can execute the tasks of the SE Workflow by accessing the system with the "Basic" license. It is important to note that it is only allowed the instances activities that the actual executor has started. The remaining tasks are only allowed access with the "Staff" or " Manager" license.

 

A new method of process start on webservice

The current webservices allow the user to initiate workflows and update the form fields separately. It was made available a method to perform both operations together. In this way, it is possible to start and update the information of the instance in the same call.

 

New procedures for API used in external applications

Now the creation of the external application became simpler. To facilitate the use of the routines were created methods to get the values of the form fields and attributes of the process, without the need to execute commands in the database. Methods were also created to assign values to form fields.

 

Display Form only in activity execution

It is now possible to display only the form on the activity execution screen in SE Workflow.To do this, simply check the option "Show form only in activity execution" available on the screen of the activity data to associate with the form. This position is available only when the activity has a form associated with it.

 

 

 

Execute activity from the form when the action is not visible

Now it is possible to hide the action button that executes the activity and configure the rules on the form to perform from a button on the form itself.

 

Prevent to be opened two screens of the same task in the SE Workflow

Now when clicking to perform a task that is already open, the system shows the focus in the open window. In this way, it's not open a second screen for execution, avoiding inconsistencies and doubts on the completion of the task.

 

Date visualization of the task listing start date

This position displays the enable activity data in the task list. In this way, it is possible to sort the tasks in order of arrival.

 

Generate history when the task is transferred

Now when transferring a task, either manually or automatically, is a historic event. With it, it is possible to obtain a better understanding of the history of the transfer status.

 

Allow changing the attachments by accessing the instance data via Management menu

Now the process manager and instance may add, edit, and delete the attachments on the instance of the process.
