Notification Center
To keep the SE Suite users up to date about their workflows, we have developed a notification center. It notifies the users when there is any update in the workflows that they are involved with. When any change in workflows is performed and you are involved in it, a sound will indicate that something new has happened and the number beside the notification icon will increase. When clicking that icon, the notifications will be displayed.
The notifications can be about:
▪Execution of an activity;
▪Completion of a Workflow;
▪Cancellation of an activity;
▪A delegation of an activity to another user.
In this way, each time an action like that is performed, your user will receive a new notification stating the occurred.
For the processes that are in constant update and do not issue alerts all the time, the notifications are grouped indicating the number of new notifications on a specific workflow. When clicking this grouped notification, the workflow history will be displayed to keep track of everything that happened:
When you click on the notifications, they go to the All tab, where it will be displayed all the notifications that have already been made for you by the system, making the access easier to the newly updated processes. You can also check all the notifications as reading, clearing up this history.
Portals copy
In order to reduce the time used to create portals similar to existing portals in SE Suite, we have developed portal copy functionality. The copy of portals can be used by any user who has permission to create a portal. This resource can be used directly from the portal configuration menu, when clicking on the Copy portal button.
In the listing of portals will also be displayed an icon for the copy of portal. By clicking one of the options, it will be displayed the portal properties that will be copied, where it can be changed its title, description, and image. |

After making the necessary changes, click Save and you're done! You will be redirected to the portal copy screen.
Comments: Due to technical limitations, there are some widgets that cannot be copied. In these Widgets, it will be displayed a message stating the problem and if required, they can be added manually. |

If the user does not have permission to edit any widget, it will also be displayed a message stating that its data cannot be edited and that the widget in question will act as a mirror of the original widget.
