IIS installation

To install IIS, execute the following steps:

1.Open the Server Manager and add the features to IIS:

▪On Windows Server 2008: Right-click on Roles (panel on the left side) and select the "Add Roles" option. Go to the "Installation type" screen. Select the "Role based or feature..." option and advance. Select the server.

▪On Windows Server 2012 or 2016: Click on Manage (at the top right of the screen) and select the "Add Roles and Features" option.

ATTENTION!

SoftExpert Suite:

▪Requires the installation of the Request Filtering resource in IIS to avoid vulnerabilities.

▪Is not certified for the use of WebDAV. This resource must not be used or removed from the site in which the system is installed within IIS.

2.On "Server roles", check the "Web server (IIS)" option with the following items enabled:

ISAPI Filters

3.Click on Next on the other screens of the installer and wait for the installation to finish.
