Evaluating suppliers through a survey

From this version onwards, it is possible to evaluate suppliers through a survey.

When enabling the evaluation via survey in the supplier category, when the determined period arrives, the system will send the suppliers a survey for self-assessment.

Based on the score of the survey answered by the supplier, the system will assign a quality level.

 

 

Evaluating suppliers through an evaluation method

From this version onwards, it is possible to evaluate suppliers through evaluation methods.

When enabling the evaluation via evaluation methods in the supplier category, when the determined period arrives, the system will send the responsible team an evaluation to be executed.

Based on the result of the evaluation method, the system will assign a quality level to the supplier.

 

 

Association with incidents

From this version onwards, we have released the association of incidents with the supplier data.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the incidents whose requester is the supplier.

 

 

Association with problems

From this version onwards, we have released the association of problems with the supplier data.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the problems whose requester is the supplier.

 

 

Association with workflows

From this version onwards, we have released the association of workflows with the supplier data.

With this feature, it is possible to quickly view the workflows whose requester is the supplier.

 

 

Supplier contact view

Aiming to facilitate the search for supplier contacts, from this version onwards, a specific menu to view supplier contacts is available.

With this feature, it is possible to search for specific contact information, such as their e-mail address.
