Viewing actions and plans in the SE Risk component
A view menu of actions and plans was made available in the SE Risk component with the main objective of offering a vision of the actions related to the risks and controls of the organization, improving the risk management solution (GRC). With this search, it is possible to view which actions are currently acting in the risk, through its status, besides other information such as: action deadline, responsible for the execution of the action, risk plan, treatment, risk evaluation, among others. The search also displays the actions related to the controls. The functionality also aims to simplify the stratification of information so that it is possible to create visions in portals through SE Analytics, as well as saved searches and export to a spreadsheet.
Viewing actions and plans in the SE Audit component
A view menu was provided for actions and plans in the SE Audit component with the main purpose of providing a vision of the actions related to the requirements of the audit criteria. With this view, it will be possible to see which actions are currently open or closed, what are their status and deadlines, and other information such as action deadline, responsible for the execution of the action, audit, audit criteria, requirement, among others. Another purpose of this view menu is to facilitate the stratification of the information so that it is possible to create visions in portals through SE Analytics, in addition to saved searches and export to a spreadsheet.
Tracing associated objects
In order to increase the traceability of the records, a vision was made available of all the objects to which the isolated action and action plan are associated.
Through this vision, it is possible to see the number of associations grouped by component, as well as the object itself where the record is associated.
Displaying causes in actions and plans view
A cause column has been added to the actions and plans view menu (PL011) to view the causes of the problems and risks when the action plan was created by any of these objects. The column will display an icon representing causes, and when you hover over the icon, a window will open to list such causes. A new vision of Analytics was created to list the causes if there is a need to stratify the information.
Filter for actions that failed verification
An advanced filter was provided to locate actions that were disapproved in the verification step. It is important to notice that to satisfy this filter, it is required for the action to have been failed at least once.
