History of actions and plans
Aiming at offering more traceability, following the SoftExpert product standards, the Action plan, Plan action and Isolated action histories have been made available, with traceability for the main events that occur in these objects. Through the history, it is possible to view the object timeline, viewing when the event was performed and who performed it, and to add comments. It is worth remembering that existing actions and plans will not have the new history, only those created from now on. Allow changing the Action plan category
When the organization goes through internal changes of departments and responsibilities, it is necessary to reorganize the previously recorded action plans so they are in conformity with the changes. Through this improvement, it is possible to edit the action plan categories, allowing records to be regrouped. The objective of the improvement is to enable the adjustment of categorization action plans when they have been wrongly recorded.
Important: once an action plan has its category edited, some of the plan information may be edited to comply with the new category, such as checklists, approval routes, priorities and others. |
Open an action plan in edit mode through Problem
When an Incident or Problem flow is automated, it is necessary to track the action plan. The user currently needs to access the SoftExpert Action Plan component to perform the management. This improvement allows the users to track the action plan through the Incident/Problem activity itself, as long as they or their teams are responsible for the action plan, without the need to manage it in two different locations. In the case of the isolated action, the user must be responsible for it or part of the responsible team.
Allow clearing execution dates when rejecting an action
After rejecting the verification of an action, the executed dates were kept as fixed, without changing the deadline. This improvement is aimed at configuring for the action to have its execution dates deleted, forcing the executor to fill them out again, thus making the system consider the extra days for the full execution of the action when calculating the deadline. Note: this improvement is only available for plan actions.
"Rejected" flag in planning menus
For a better understanding of those responsible for planning action plans and isolated actions, a column has been added to the planning menus of the SoftExpert Action Plan component. This column displays which action plans and isolated actions have had their effectiveness planning or verification rejected at least once.
Web services for plan action manipulation
7 (seven) new web services have been developed for the SoftExpert Action Plan component for plan action manipulation. Web services are endpoints that perform the interaction between SoftExpert Excellence Suite and external systems for information exchange. Some of the web services include recording, editing and closing an action from a plan, changing the status, viewing data, uploading and downloading attachments from a plan action.
