Define Action Mandatory Fields

Through Configuration Action plan type and Configuration Action type menu, it is possible to define the fields that must be filled out. Furthermore, the need of an attachment before action execution can also be configured.

 

 

Filter ineffective action plans

A search field was developed in View Action plan menu, to search the action plans that have gone through more than an execution cycle, that is, that have been rejected at least once in the effectiveness verification.

 

 

Add immediate action

In Management Planning of action plan and Action planning, a flow was developed to treat immediate actions, that is, to soften the consequences of a problem.

 

 

Department of responsible for execution and Department of responsible for action (isolated action)

In View Action Select type option, search fields options by dynamic navigator of the department of responsible user for execution and responsible for action (isolated action) were added.
