Implementation of cards that allow to add action plans and isolated actions through the portal.

 

 

 

Action plan attributes in Analytics

When performing a search with the selected action plan type or action plan, in the Analytics of that search, the system will display the attributes associated with the type selected in the search. If no type is selected, the system will not load the attributes.

Note: Multivalued attributes are not loaded.

 

 

Action view grids modified

In view action (PL010), a vision with no grouping by action plan (as was the listing up to version 2.0.2) was developed. That will be the default vision for the view menu (Actions). The vision grouped by action plan will become the second vision (Actions and plans). On the upper right side of the screen, on the button, the tokens used will be the following:

▪1st vision: Actions

▪2nd vision: Actions and plans

 

Allow to enter a default action type for a plan type

The following resource has been implemented: when opening the structure in edit mode, while adding new sections, their type will automatically be filled in with the default action type, which is defined in the action plan type.

 

 

Improvement in the grouping of actions in the action execution menu (task)

Implementation of visual improvements in the action execution task menu (Tasks Action plan Action execution):

▪The grouping action plan will now be highlighted on a gray background, whereas its actions will have a white background;

▪The first column of the actions is a radiobutton;

▪Removed the bold from the plan and added a link for the structure;

▪Removed the dates of the tasks - only kept in the view task menu.
