Unification of the SE Action Plan component menus

From this version, the action plan and isolated action objects have been unified. The objective of this initiative is to simplify interactions, improving the user experience from configuration to execution, reducing the number of screens and making operations simpler, in addition to making the component more action-oriented, the plan being simply a grouping tool, i.e., a set of actions with a defined objective.

 

Menu unification

With this unification, the menus referring to specific steps of isolated actions and action plan actions are now integrated in a single menu, as follows:

 

 

 

 

Type unification

The whole structure existent in the action type and in the action plan type were automatically incorporated into the Category menu, with no harm to the configurations and rules there defined, according to the example below:

Single view

To view an isolated action, a plan action, or the plan only, it will no longer be necessary to go to different menus. Now, in the unified view “Actions and plans (PL011)”, three visions are available. They are: Action plans, Actions, and Actions and plans.

 

 

 

Advanced filters

The “General” option was created to replace the specific filters for actions and plans. Use this section to locate the desired records with more precision. It is also possible to use the “Search in” option.

 

Multi-object management

Aiming at an easy and intuitive management, the controls and actions of the planning, tracking, and deletion steps have been improved to support multi-objects, such as action plan creation, isolated action addition, editing, deleting, etc.

 

Task unification

With this unification, tasks referring to specific steps of isolated actions and action plans are now integrated in a single task, as follows:

The current elements and portals remain separated and unmodified.
