Employee profile has been changed and displays relevant information on employee current status. This refers specifically to evaluation, competencies, indicators, besides complete history of training and courses he has participated in, either in company or external.

Individual course and competence mapping

Many times, specific employees of a department or who have a specific position need competencies or courses besides the standards already mapped for that position. Using this resource, user will be able to map courses and competencies in the employee profile.
