Timesheet and technician schedule

To widen the possibility of controlling technicians schedule, integration with SE Timesheet was developed. After that integration, it is possible to do the following:

 

Timesheet

it is possible to enter actual time used by the resource to execute an activity, whether it is by period or total values, adding time and cost directly to the verification, maintenance or calibration activity.

 

 

Activity calendar

Allows to track resource work schedule, displaying the days / activities where the resource is allocated.

 

 

Improvement in integration with SE Storeroom

To improve the control of supply used during verification, maintenance or calibration activities, integration with SE Storeroom was examined. Now it is possible to reserve goods and control products that will be disposed of, in storeroom.
