Asset report

The asset report has been restructured to improve the disposition of the information related to the asset activities. Now, the plan information is highlighted and its activities are grouped together. The report now also presents information about the corrective and programmed activities, as well as the meter and variable reading history.

 

 

Link with maintenance activities

Aiming to create a relationship between the verification and maintenance activities, a new option called Link has been added to the system in the ribbon. By means of the activity link, the users may relate, with the verification activity, the maintenance activities which were generated from that verification. The system allows the association of already existing maintenance activities. It also allows the user to create new maintenance activities directly through the activity data screen. Then, when viewing an activity, it is simpler for users to check whether there are other activities related to the one being viewed, thus allowing the view of all its data without the need to perform new views.

 

 

Locating the asset from the structure

Aiming to allow a simpler control over the location of assets associated with a structure, a resource that allows the link between the location of the upper level asset and its lower level assets has been developed. Then, when adding a new lower level asset, the system will ask whether the user wishes that asset to have the same location of the upper level asset. The same way, the system will validate the location of the lower level assets if the location of the upper level asset is changed. When disassociating an asset from the structure, the system will then ask whether the user wishes to keep the current location or create a new one, causing it not to be necessary to perform this action through another system screen.

 

Suggested frequency for verification plans

For the configuration of standard activities, the frequency options for the verification plans associated with the activity have been added. When creating a new plan, if the frequency configurations are filled in the standard activity, the plan will now copy that information, allowing the user to map execution frequencies by activity/equipment type. Then, the user may create several plans from the activity and have the execution frequency already filled in.

 

 

Technician availability

From this version, it is now possible to view the technician allocation while planning an activity, allowing a quick analysis by the manager to define whether the technician has available time to execute the activity being programmed.
