Until then, it was only possible to assign a proficiency level to a competence of a collaborator through the initial evaluation or through the review evaluation (automatic or manual). With the expressed competences evaluation resource, the leader can assign a level of proficiency to the competences mapped by the employee at any time, through the employee profile, without the need to wait for the next evaluation cycle to allocate the current level of competence.
Until then, it was not possible to know what the skills were to be developed in training because the association was made only in the course. With this feature, when creating a training, the system will import the competences related to the course, but it will be possible to remove them or add other competences. The same applies to evaluation items. In addition, the system will be able to display the training related to the employee competences in the TDNA X employee matrix. With this, it will be possible, for example, to know if there is any training planned or in progress for a possible competence gap.
Until then, it was only possible to perform this mapping through the management menus, selecting the desired department/position and only then map the competence. With the competence mapping feature for the organization of the departments/positions by the compentences, it becomes much easier and faster to map a particular competency to several departments/positions at the same time.
Aiming to centralize the management of the employee profile in a single location, the menus regarding the management of the employee profile were centered in SE Administration. Until then, the management of the "Employee profile", "Authority/Responsibility", "Educational level", "Professional experience" menu, and some configurations of general parameters were displayed in duplicity in SE Competence and SE Administration, which caused a certain confusion to the users. With this change, the menus and configurations mentioned above, are displayed only in the SE Administration component.
