Setting the date for release of the review evaluation result

Until then, when the review evaluation was ended, the system sent the e-mail and the result acknowledgment task. From now on it is possible to set a date for releasing the result of the review evaluation. With this feature, as long as the date defined for the release of the result is not reached, the evaluation will have the "awaiting release of result" status. While the evaluation is in this status, the evaluated employee will not have access to the result and the competence mappings will not be updated either. When the date set for the release is reached, a system service will end the evaluations, releasing the result by email and task, and update the competence mappings.

 

 

Association of survey template by evaluation type (Integration with the SE Survey)

From now on, it is possible to associate survey templates by evaluation type (Self-assessment, Leader, Peers, Subordinates and Manual review) in the plan and in the execution of the evaluation plan. This improvement will allow the accomplishment of complementary evaluations of the employees that go beyond the competences. When performing an evaluation of the type in question and having an associated survey template, a button will appear on the data screen that will allow the appraiser to respond to the requested survey.
