A feature has been developed that allows the requirement of an explanation of the competencies or evaluation items that are evaluated below the mapped level. The parameterization is performed in the evaluation plan, selecting the option to evaluate mapped competencies. By selecting a proficiency level below the mapped level to the employee, the system will indicate the need for mandatory explanation completion.
From this version, it is possible to record the feedback of the leader or responsible for the employee. It is possible to define whether the feedback requires confirmation or acceptance by the evaluated employee, as well as a maximum number of procedures between the employee and the leader until the feedback is accepted or rejected. In addition, it can be configured if the evaluation result is released only when the feedback is closed. Once closed, the feedback can be accessed in the employee profile history.
From this version, it is possible to perform the cancellation of competence evaluations. This feature allows maintaining a history of the evaluations, without the need to delete the record. When cancelling an evaluation, the system will allow the creation of a new evaluation, of the type in question, for the employee. It will also be possible to reopen a cancelled evaluation, allowing it to return to the previous cancellation status.
From this version, it is possible to record attachments in the competence evaluation. With this feature, appraisers can add materials that facilitate and justify the evaluation of competences and feedback.
A feature has been developed that allows the display, in graphical form, of the proficiency level of the employee in the LNTD matrix. Until then, the system displayed only the indication of qualified or unqualified, but it did not show the current level of the employee in the competence in percentage values. With this feature, it will be possible to analyze the level of aptitude of employees who are qualified or unqualified.
