Initial evaluation of employee profile

A new resource that enables to create an initial evaluation of employee through the profile, was created. Until now “Generate initial evaluation” task, could only be executed associating the employee with an evaluation plan, that would be executed later. Now a second option was added and allows to assign proficiency levels to department/position competencies. It is not necessary to generate an evaluation plan, as the competencies the employee has, are assessed when the employee starts working at the company.
