Ergonomic improvements have been performed in the configuration of evaluation plans, aiming to make it easier for administrators to execute and configure evaluations. These improvements were made based on user experience analyses.
Implementation of the permission to configure specific weights for the generation of automatic review evaluations. Up until now, all evaluations used to have the same weight. With this resource, it will be possible, for example, to assign different weights to the leader, peer, subordinate, and self-evaluation scores.
Implementation of the permission to evaluate multiple employees in the execution of competence evaluations. With that, it will be possible to select multiple employees to be evaluated at the same time, provided that the evaluation type (Leader, Self-evaluation, Peers, Subordinates) and the plan execution are the same.
Unification of the “Evaluation execution” and “Review evaluation execution” tasks only in “Evaluation execution”, and the “Evaluation result” and “Evaluation result of automatic review” tasks in “Evaluation result acknowledgment”.
