Now it is no longer required to have Java installed to view, edit and digitally sign electronic files on the system, only the .NET Framework 4.5 or higher will be required. This same dependency was already requested by viewers like Docview for example. This way the view and editing should also become faster.
Offline users in the document category
In the same way that it is possible to add offline users to documents, it is now possible to do it for an entire category. After having added an offline user in the category, when accessing the desktop application or the Android application, the documents that the user has permission in the category will be made available to the user locally.
The PDF/A standard is a PDF format, developed by Adobe Systems, called "Archive", which embed all the features in the file itself, that is, when opening the file, it will not be necessary to use external sources to the file, regardless of the PDF reader used, so PDF/A is a file format indicated for long-term archiving of electronic documents.
In the documents was created a wizard option where the features of "Import XLS", "Import CAD drawing" and "Import MicroStation drawing" were incorporated. The option to create document "From existing document" was also added, which allows selecting which items of the document the user wants to copy.
It is now possible to store the electronic files in the Amazon S3 repository, making it one more form of storage of the system files.
