Allow to view a file from the default server if it is not found on the user server

When the system is configured to use a controlled directory that has several servers, now it is possible to view a file from the default server if the file is not synchronized.

Allow to convert to PDF after the draft step

When using a revision by Workflow, when sending it to a status that does not allow to edit the electronic file of the revision or add a comment. If the document category is configured to convert it to PDF, the document will be converted to that format, thus making it easier for the other participants to view it.

Option to convert the document to PDF on the server or station

A configuration has been made available in the general parameters of SE Document to convert the documents to PDF on the user's station and no longer on the server. That way it is no longer necessary to have a Microsoft Office license on the conversion server. The conversion is performed while finishing the document revision, i.e., after the last participant releases their task.

Allow to fill in attribute values through Add-in

Now it is allowed to enter document attributes created through Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Add-in if there are configured attributes for the selected category.

Transform acknowledgment in self-training

Implemented a parameterization in which publication acknowledgment is equivalent to the training. That way, if the user confirms the acknowledgment, the training task is eliminated and vice versa.

Allow to add a PDF file converted out of the system

When the category is checked to convert to PDF and the format of the electronic file is not supported by the SE Document component converter, or when the user wishes to add a PDF converted outside of the system, now it is possible to associate the PDF with the document.

Share a link to a document

Created a resource to share a document externally. It is now possible to make a document public and send it to users who are not saved in SE Suite. On the same screen that is used for sharing the document, it is possible to enter the users who will receive the link, in addition to tracking how many times the link has been accessed.
