Conversion from TIF to PDF

Now the system allows the conversion of TIF extension files to PDF, making it easier for users to publish and view files.

 

Document data report

A document data report has been made available, in which it will be possible to view and print the general data of a determined document, in addition to the users who have acknowledgment and/or training of the document. In this report, it is also possible to view the reading and training dates.

 

Print date and time in the watermark

Now it is possible to easily configure the print date and time in the watermark of documents, improving the identification of the documents printed in SE Document.

 

 

HTML5 viewer for images

To make it easier and quicker to view image type electronic files, a HTML5 viewer has been developed. This view does not require invoking Java, and it also allows zoom and download, if the user has the due permission.

 

 

Save email attachments

Now it is possible to save the email attachments in SE Document through the SoftExpert add-in for Microsoft Outlook. The user may choose between saving the email (with or without attachments) and/or saving the attachments.
