Indexing of multiple documents

Now it is possible to select multiple documents in the Indexing task, making it possible to release several documents at once.

 

Removal of the Workflow instance pop up when creating a document in the issue step

When creating a document in the issue step, in a category with revision control by Process/Workflow, the system used to open a pop-up to instantiate the process and, after instantiating it, it would open another pop-up with the document revision data. Now the system instantiates the process automatically and it is possible to associate the electronic file and view the flowchart through the document data.

 

Mask for document title

Just as it was possible to use a mask to generate the document ID #, now it is possible to generate the title through a mask, based on the category and attributes.

 

 

 

File upload without using java in the revision execution

Now the upload of files during the revision execution task no longer uses Java to send the files to the server, thus making it quicker to execute the user task and reducing the dependency of third-party software installed on the user PC.

 

File download without using java in the revision execution

Now the download of files during the revision execution task no longer uses Java to bring the files from the server, thus making it quicker to execute the user task and reducing the dependency of third-party software installed on the user PC.

 

Allow signing digitally with algorithm SHA2

To increase the security of digitally signed files, now the system allows signing digitally with algorithms SHA-256 and SHA-512.
