Date formatting in the metadata export

Starting in this version, it is possible to configure the format of the revision and validity dates in the metadata export to fill in the docvariables in the configured format.

It is now possible to configure a rule to define the document permissions. That way, it will no longer be necessary to replicate several structures of similar categories or define the permissions in each document manually.
