It is now possible to configure Google Docs to perform collaborative editing of electronic files while reviewing documents. When this integration is enabled, the file will be opened through the user's browser in the Google editor, allowing the user to enjoy all of Google's editing features without the need of using Java to edit.
Through the Google editor it is possible to perform the collaborative editing, that is, several users can edit the file at the same time without one user overwriting the other user's change. Changes are updated in real-time for all users who are making the change. It is also possible to add comments in the file through the reviewers and approvers so that the drafters know the changes to be made.
At the end of the revision, the files are stored again in the SE Document, ensuring all the security already configured on the system.
Now, it is possible to configure a security in the document category for the default permissions, and also select a security rule, that is, the two permissions will be merged. These permissions will be only valid when the document is configured to inherit the permissions of the category.
If the conversion to PDF category is set in the document category and is set to allow no type of change (controlled or uncontrolled), after the document drafting, the system will perform the PDF conversion of the files, making it easier to see during consensus, approval and release steps.
When the validity is not fixed in the document category, there is often a need to inform a specific expiration date to the document and not to inform a period. That way, it is now possible to enter the validity period or the date directly.
It is now possible to perform a download of an electronic document file through the general search. The option is available only to users who have such permissions9
In the previous version, it was not possible to associate electronic files in the categories configured for form filling. Now it is possible to have both resources together.
A new filter has been made available on the view revision screen so that users can make revisions that had a particular participant in the route.
It is now possible to select multiple documents and cancel all selected documents, making it easier for users who need to cancel multiple documents.
When a revision participant adds reviews and returns the review to drafting, the drafter receives all criticisms in the notification email of his/her pending task, leaving the developer aware of the criticism before even accessing the system to verify the task.
On the screen used to perform the review of the document, it is now possible to show all the changes recorded for the revision that is being released, thereby facilitating access to information by the users.
Were made available the new options of docvariable "composed" and "where it is used". The system will export the list of documents associated with the structure separated by ";".
The document and label data report, which already exist on the document creation screen, has now also been made available on the document data screen, therefore facilitating access to the reports.
Now it is possible to use the values filled in the form fields as docvariables in electronic files.
