New incident history (Timeline)

The instance timeline was adapted to the new standard, which provides a better view of the incident history. By including a new comment, from this release, it will be possible to notify a user by mentioning it through @user.

Components unification in Kanban

For version 2.0.14, Kanban was unified to allow submitting in its structure the activities of all available components of the configuration. With the unification, the user can have in the same Kanban the activities of calibration, maintenance, verification, and action plan, as well as the activities of incidents, problems, and workflows, which will allow a broader and more centralized control over all customer activities.

Improved integration between maintenance and process automation components (Workflow, Incident, and Problem)

For those customers who use the maintenance component integration with the SoftExpert Workflow, SoftExpert Incident, and/or SoftExpert Problem, a new configuration has been released in the process configuration that allows performing an instance activity (SoftExpert Workflow, SoftExpert Incident, or SoftExpert Problem) when completing a maintenance activity.

 

With this feature, the user has the option to, for example, perform service requests through an instance, perform the maintenance activity in an integrated manner and at the end of the maintenance activity, perform automatic return to the instances so that the flowchart can follow as configured.
