Production inspection charts

From this version onwards, charts and statistical results are available in the Production inspection. For variable characteristics, the average/range, average/standard deviation and histogram charts and the Pp, Ppk, Cp and Cpk results are available. As for attributable variables, the p and np charts are available with their respective values. Test charts are also available.

 

 

Association with Form and Checklist for pre-inspection analysis

In this version, it will be possible to associate customized checklists and forms from SoftExpert Form with production inspections. These associations will be displayed as initial steps, before characteristics inspection, as a literal pre-inspection record.
