There is a parameter now that allows user to configure which options will be available during the execution of a maintenance activity: history, task, defect, cause, supplies, tools, extra and total cost.
An option to visualize history through Gantt, was added to maintenance view. All existing maintenance activities are listed through a timeline. This enables to compare estimated x actual maintenance. The system makes available main information about the event through the "hint",
A Wizard was developed to help create scheduling of maintenance activities. This Wizard helps user during all the necessary steps to program calibration activities.
A new interface was developed to execute maintenance activities. Besides displaying the maximized screen, a toolbar (ribbon) with the main functions of the activities was developed. This facilitates quick access to information and to activities that must filled out.
A possibility to create subjective variables has been added. Thus, user will be able to analyze an asset variable even if that variable is not within a value range, using for example yes or not as answer. Considering what occurs with objective variables, user will be able to specify the action type to be taken when reading is taken: Notify by email, ask whether user wishes to open an activity or open the activity directly.
A new interface was developed to facilitate the creation of maintenance routes. Now access to information is through a maximized screen, with main functions available directly on the toolbar (ribbon). There is new history section on data main screen. This section is updated as the route is executed, displaying information on the route execution and related activities. Through the hyperlink user can view all information related to the executed activity.
Maintenance route programming has a specific menu for this goal now.
To increase the possibilities to analyze assets, new groupers were added to view indicators. Now user can analyze by: asset type,asset, manufacturer, activity, service center, year, year/month and activity classification.
