To allow a greater control over the progress of maintenance activities, a timeline has been made available in the activity history, where it is possible to quickly view the steps through which the activity has already gone through, as well as the parties that were responsible for each step.
Aiming to allow flexibility while creating activities in a maintenance route, the possibility to associate maintenance route plans via the scheduling menu has been made available. With that functionality, it is possible to create maintenance route activities according to a specific period.
To allow a greater control over the deadline indicators for the execution of maintenance activities, a general parameter that blocks the execution of activities with retroactive dates has been made available in the SE Maintenance component. The parameter allows the user to enter only the current date, thus blocking the execution of past dates.
Aiming to obtain quick access to information of maintenance activities, the third quadrant has been made available on the maintenance view, maintenance programming, maintenance execution, and maintenance elimination screens. Among the available options, it will be possible to view, without having to open the activity data, information such as: history, attributes, documentation, variable and meter readings, tasks, costs, resources, and problem analyses.
Webservices and an integration interface have been developed to make it possible to import meter and variable readings into the system. With that feature, it is now possible to add values automatically, allowing a greater control over the asset.
The possibility to control the execution frequency of a preventive maintenance plan according to the meter readings has been developed for assets which have the meter reading configuration. That way, the user may define that a plan must be executed when reaching a determined measurement value and not only based on a period of time. With that functionality, the system now enables to control the frequency by date or by meter reading. It is even possible to combine the two configurations and thus generate the plan due date according to the one that occurs first.
Seeking to broaden the frequency control possibilities, the option to define the configuration by “Working days” as the plan frequency has been made available. That way the system can now control the time frequency considering only the working days, according to the related calendar.
In order to allow a greater control over canceled activities, when selecting the option to cancel, the system now requires to enter an explanation for the cancelation. That information is then available in the activity history, containing the explanation as well as the user responsible for the cancelation.
Seeking to broaden the use of the activity scheduling, the option to perform the scheduling of multiple activities of a maintenance route has been made available, thus allowing the creation of several activities at once.
