Display the causes recorded without Root or Potential completion in the search

From this version onwards, the search menu (PB016) will list the causes that have not been defined as root or potential causes during the cause analysis.

New function in the form formula to create a cause in the problem instance

A function (CREATECAUSE) has been added to record a new cause in the problem instance from a form.

Cascade deletion of the pivot table records when deleting an instance

From this version onwards, when deleting an instance, the SoftExpert Form pivot table records will also be deleted. If the table has lower level records such as items from a sales order, these records will also be deleted.
