New interface for project creation

Aiming to make project creation simpler and more intuitive, a wizard has been added that will guide the user when filling in project information.

 

 

Replanned values in the project status report

To eliminate the need to revise a project to update the plan values and generate a status report, from this version, it will be possible to configure in the status report, if the report will be generated based on the dates and plan values or rescheduled from the project.

 

 

Communication plan matrix in the project and program report

Added the communication plan in the project and program report, aiming to make it more complete and assist the communication management.

 

 

Display deadline in Analytics of the project and activity view

Added the deadline column in Analytics generated in the project and activity views, helping in this way, the tracking of projects and activities.

 

Improvement of usability in the association of projects and programs to the portfolio

Until the previous version, it was possible to add projects and programs to the portfolio only through its data screen. From now on, it will also be possible to add projects and programs through the portfolio schedule and even with multiple records selection.

 

 

Restore view profile for all objects

Possibility to restore the profile to view all objects associated with the same through the configuration menu, not being precise, restore individually through the screen of each data object.
