Addition of column of Action Plan to schedule

When user opens project schedule, if the activity has an associated action plan, an icon will display to facilitate management.

 

HPI addition – Human Performance Index

Human Performance Index is a relationship between the CPI and SPI that allows to create an index to assess if the schedule and the budget have been accomplished simultaneously.

 

 

Treatment of Responsible field

During schedule draft, user can determine who will be responsible for the activity. Only enabled records will be displayed in this list.

 

Attribute search field in Program view

A search field based on attributes was added, for better program view.

 

 

The button for critical path in Gantt Web was improved

When the critical path has not been calculated, the following message to alert user will display: “Critical path has not been calculated”. If the critical path has been calculated on a date, the following alert message will display “Critical path has not been fully calculated". Do you wish to continue? ”. If the answer is affirmative, partial critical path will display. This resource is available when user clicks on the critical path button, by using the search field and highlighting critical path.

 

Add program type hierarchy during the execution of revision task

When user selects type in revision execution task, he will be able to choose between project and program revisions. According to the type chosen, project or program types will be displayed, so that user selects the one he wishes.

 

Button to view project / program data for approval

The button was added to view project / program view for approval.

 

Security to register portfolio

When user registers portfolio, he can define in Access tab screen, who will have access to it. This resource is also valid in view menu.

 

Allocation search field

An adaptation was made to use a new search field standard in the allocation zoom.

 

The mandatory fields for actual cost and revenue were edited

The information referred to actual cost and revenue will not be mandatory for project revision tracking.

 

Project viewing through portfolio in Portal

Portfolios/Structure displayed in the Portal should be the portfolio type that was selected in the search field. If “Display lower level records” option has been checked, those types of portfolios in the lower level in the hierarchy will also be displayed.

Summary and successor options were added to the project report.

 

 

E-mail notification before due date

When a project is planned, it will be possible to set the parameters for due date notification.
