New portal element – Program
To assist in the tracking of programs, a new portal element called Program has been made available. This element presents a customized list of programs and their structure, allowing the user even to choose among the available visions.
Visions in the program view
To make it easier to group information in the program view, new visions have been added:
▪Summary – Displays basic information, such as indicators, deadlines and responsible parties.
▪Details – Displays all information of all visions: indicators, deadline, resource, and result.
▪Deadline – Displays the planned, rescheduled, and actual dates.
▪Resource – Displays the number of allocated hours.
▪Result – Displays the total cost and revenue along with the gross margin.
Opening of the project structure through magnetic link (without loading JNLP)
In the previous version, to open the project structure (SE GanttChart), it was necessary to always accept the download of the JNLP file, execute it, wait for the execution, and, after the opening of several java screens, the project would open for the user. From this version, the need to download the JNLP file has been removed when the project structure is viewed. That way, the browser opens the previously created magnetic link directly, making it quicker to open the project, by eliminating the opening of several java screens.
When the project structure is viewed for the first time, i.e., after updating the system to this version, the magnetic link will not be present yet, because it will be necessary to download and execute the JNLP. |
Automatic identifier of project tasks
Creation of a parameterization in the project to define whether the task identifiers will be automatically generated. When setting the identifier generation as automatic, the identifier will be generated according to the order of the task in the project structure, and it may not be edited.
Project cancellation and suspension in the planning step
Addition of the possibility to cancel or suspend projects still in the planning step, enabling users to keep the history of projects which will no longer be executed.
Import of cost and revenue to project
Implementation of the import of cost and revenue to the project by means of the PROFINANCE interface. Up to the previous version, through this interface, it was only possible to import cost and revenue to project tasks.
Portfolio type in the portfolio portal
To make it easier to maintain the portfolio portal, the possibility to select only the portfolio type, without the need to add the portfolios individually, has been added.
New items in the simultaneous edition of project tasks
To make it easier to edit tasks simultaneously, new items have been added to the information substitution screen. From now on it is possible to edit the following task information:

Program closure task email
To improve the tracking of programs, from now on an email will be sent to the parties responsible for the program closure task just as it is generated.
Task execution using planned or rescheduled dates
To make it quicker to execute tasks, both the Apply planned dates and the Use rescheduled dates options may be used. It is no longer necessary to parameterize in the system which of the two will be used.
New filters in the task execution menu and task
To assist in the search for tasks in the task execution menu and task, new filters that allow refining the search by planned, rescheduled, or actual date have been added.
Improvements in the project structure editor (SE GanttChart)
To make the process of creating/editing the project structure quicker, the following improvements have been implemented in the SE GanttChart tool:
▪Implementation of the possibility to delete the external link directly in the task structure. It is no longer necessary to access the external link screen to do it.
▪Implementation of the possibility to automatically reopen an already closed upper level task when adding lower level tasks to it.
▪Implementation of the possibility to edit the task type, restriction type, and restriction data directly in the task structure. It is no longer necessary to open the task data screen.
Project task summary
Addition of the possibility to add the summary of already started tasks when the project is being revised and the project structure is accessed through the revision execution task.
Association of supplies to the cost in the project copy and project task
Implementation of the resource to copy the value of the supply associated with the cost of a project and/or task field when creating the project from a template, already existing project, or task copy through the project structure.
Task responsibility in the task view
Aiming to make it easier to manage system tasks, new columns to identify the party responsible for the task have been added to the task view menu.
Improvements in the system alert when changing the project and program statuses
Aiming to make it easier to understand the system alerts, when changing the status of a project or program, and there is a problem in that change, the alert will be displayed on a new screen, identifying the project/program and the reason why the status change is not being performed.
Improvements in the history of the project and program
Addition, to the project and program timeline, the name of the user who rejected its planning, revision, and/or closure along with the rejection comment. Addition also of the task verification comment and the project and program addition/deletion information inside other projects or programs.
Task responsibility in the project report
To assist in the tracking of tasks, the Responsibility and Team columns have been added to the project report.
