Import projects with actual values
Until the previous version, it was possible to import projects only through the project planning menu. The actual values of the imported projects were not considered, requiring that they were executed again. To solve this problem, from now on, it is possible to import projects through the project tracking menu. When importing projects under tracking, the actual values will be considered and the projects will be created already in execution.
To assist in the project import, a wizard has been made available that will guide the steps necessary to import the projects.
Finish subproject without waiting for the closure of the master project
In the previous version, sub-projects only could be closed via master project. All sub-projects, including the ones already completed, had to wait for the closure of all the other sub-projects in order to then, through the master project, to be closed. From this version, it will be possible to finish each subproject without the need to wait for the closing of the master project. Similarly, it is also available the cancellation and suspension of sub-projects without the need to cancel or suspend the master project.
Edit situation of Projects associated to Programs
Possibility to cancel, suspend and reactivate projects that are associated with the programs without the need to remove them from the program.
Alert responsible users to change the status of the projects and programs
Added notification via email to those responsible and allocated resources when a project or program is canceled, suspended or reactivated. When the project is part of a master project or program, master project and program managers will also receive an email about the project that has been canceled, suspended or reactivated.
Restructuring of project and program approval
Restructuring the planning approval, revision, and closure of the project and program to allow:
▪Use of the team in the approval route.
▪Variable approval type without the mandatory addition of pre-defined route.
▪The execution approval cycles, keeping the history of failure and approvals.
Make changes to Project situation when changing Program situation
Added the possibility to cancel, suspend and reactivate the entire structure that makes up a program. At the moment in which the program is being canceled, suspended or reactivated, a message will be displayed asking if the user wants to cancel, suspend or reactivate also the projects and programs that make up the structure of the program.
