Exercise control over request tracking

Aiming to facilitate request tracking, from this version onwards, it will be possible to configure, in user data, if they will exercise control over the requests from other system users. In user data, it will be possible to configure the control by department, position, department/position and user. Thus, the requests issued by those over whom the logged user has control will be displayed in the request tracking menu.
