The objective of SE Survey is to manage researches starting from modeling to the analysis of the result obtained.
Question database was developed to center questions in one place. Thus, they can be used afterwards in other surveys.
When user uses the question database, he does not need to register the same question for each survey, as the component has an option to associate an existing question. If user needs to change some specific element of a question, he just needs to edit it in the question list.
Allows to create survey templates and use them to create surveys. It can be integrated with other components. Time and cost will be reduced after that improvement.
Now creating a survey will be easier, more practical and with less effort. After a few clicks user can register a survey in SE Survey; he only has to select a template that has been registered before and insert it in the survey.
Through the revision user can control surveys. Productivity and operational efficiency will be increased because user will not need to create survey templates to add/delete a question but to create a new revision.
Responsible team for completingThe objective is to feed SE Survey with data coming from other external surveys as hard copy surveys. An example is a customer satisfaction research, where the customer fills out the data of the research and the person or team appointed as responsible transfers it to SE Survey. This means this data can be read and taken out from the research. |
Manual closureThe survey cannot be executed manually, either through survey execution or through configuration in planning. Responsible user must execute the survey. This functionality will satisfy the need to close the survey every time it is necessary. |
Anonymous surveyGuarantees survey confidentiality after execution step. It is necessary to guarantee the final result will not affect the participant integrity, such as some penalty for answering the survey in a way that is different from what was expected. |
The objective of the approval step is to guarantee effectiveness/maturity during the preparation of the surveys and in actions that have to be taken/executed along the process. The flow goes from the survey preparation to closure. For example, if the action taken during the critical analysis is not satisfactory, that action can be rejected and new actions will have to be taken, so that the result is within what is planned.
Allows external individuals (guests) to have access and fill out the survey, i.e., people who do not have access to SE Suite. That improvement will be used in some situations when having that survey in SE Suite is not relevant for the person who is responsible for the survey, for example.
It has the third quadrant to guarantee a full view of the survey results of internal and external participants. Allows to apply some filters such as: survey data, attribute, favorite and training. Result analysis through the generation of reports, BI and Analytics. Visualization of evaluation by bar chart (%) applying filters of questions and/or answers.
Through that functionality user can quickly obtain information from surveys, specially applying filters. Using those filters user will be able to determine for example, the participants who closed the survey. Score, incomplete (gave up) and participants data will be some of the information supplied through the survey.
