Interface and web service to import the attendance list

An interface and a web service have been created to import the training attendance list. Thus, it will be possible to import the attendance list through a spreadsheet, facilitating the completion of the attendance list through specific readers, such as fingerprints.

 

It will be possible to perform the import through the "Import" button on the attendance list completion screen (using the spreadsheet template provided by the wizard), through the import scheduling menu in SoftExpert Configuration or through a web service. The documentation to use the import via the interface or the web service can be found in the Integration Guide document.

 

 

Explanation when deleting a participant from training execution

It is now allowed defining if an explanation will be required when deleting participants from the training execution. To do so, the "Require an explanation when deleting a participant from the training" option must be enabled in the SE Training general parameters.

If this option is checked, when trying to delete a participant from a training that is under execution, the system will display a screen for the explanation for the deletion to be entered. Later on, it will be possible to view the deleted participants and the explanation through the "Display participants that have been deleted during the training execution" option.
