Audit recurrence plan

For the audit creation, it was allowed to create them from templates and existing audits, but there was no mechanism to control and configure the recurring audits. With this new resource, it will be allowed to configure the audit plan, not just the data already contained in the template, as well as configure the audit execution frequency.

The plan will keep the history of audits performed and will also automatically create the next executions.
