Candidates analysis

Using the resource to analyze candidates, the system will allow a broader evaluation of possible candidates for a specific department and position. This will maximize the possibility to make the right decision. This resource will allow to compare competence, courses, evaluation levels and other requirements among the employees.

Individual development plan

The individual development plan — IDP is a process formed of an action plan that will take the person from a current status to a desired status. Integration with SE Action Plan, allows to define actions to fill identified gaps there are in the employee department/position.

Competences radar

Competences radar allows employees to view personal performance, plotting their competences in a radar chart. Thus, a comparative analysis is possible using the abilities required level for the competence.

Succession evaluation

In a competitive environment, there is an increasing demand for information from managers, to analyze and evaluate his employees. Using a set of succession evaluation, SE Competence will allow user to evaluate and analyze key points of employees, such as the employee potential, promotability to other departments, besides risk and impact of loss and reasons for leaving the company.

Performance X potential matrix (9 Box)

In general, matrixes are used in management to allow the company to organize some specific data population and facilitate decision making. Considering a matrix needs two axes for an analysis, Matrix 9 Box displays the employees in nine quadrants based on assessed performance and potential axes.

TDNA X employee Matrix

Training and development needs assessment (TDNA) is a tool used to prepare development and training programs. Using TDNA X employee matrix, the HR manager or team can view the current status of courses, pending competences and educational levels of each employee, shown by department and position.
