Aiming to facilitate viewing the statuses of employees and subordinates in the position requirements, ergonomic and usability improvements have been performed in the position requirements and my team requirements widgets.
Using new resources and components, the widgets are much more intuitive, allowing the employees to view the statuses of competences, courses, experiences and educational levels mapped for their positions, being able to explore the requirements by clicking on each item. As for the My team requirements widget, it lists all immediate subordinates for the logged employee, allowing constant tracking of the employee requirement statuses and identifying possible opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
