"Competence" tab on the learning method data screen

The viewing and association of competences to the learning methods is allowed. Thus far, it was only possible to associate the methods in the competence record. Now, it is possible to perform associations through the learning methods record itself. In the learning method view, it is also possible to view the related competences, through the third quadrant.

 

 

"Appraiser" filter group in the competence evaluation view

A specific filter group for the appraiser was added to the competence evaluation view. Thus far, it was only possible to search for the core employee who was the appraiser. With this resource, other filter possibilities for the appraiser were added, such as department and position, as well as cases in which consensus was automatic.

 

 

Competence evaluation navigation

Ergonomic improvements in the navigation and filling of the competence evaluation were added. When entering the screen, the place where the scores of each competence have to be filled will be displayed. Moreover, the navigation buttons such as [Previous] and [Next] were moved closer to the score selection, aiming at making the filling of the evaluation easier and quicker.
