Preview in the document data

Now it is possible to preview of PDF files in the document data, making it easier to view the content when the document data are open.

 

 

Review changes in the acknowledgment e-mail

The changes made during document revision in the publication acknowledgment e-mail were added, enabling the user who receives it to know about the changes made even before he/she accesses the system.

 

 

Allow new document to be added in the structure items

Now it is possible to add a document directly in the structure items of another document, eliminating the need of the user having to leave the document data screen, register a new document and go back to the data screen to perform the association.

 

File view through magnetic link (without loading JNLP)

In the previous version, in order to view an electronic file, it was necessary to always accept the JNLP file download, run it, wait for the execution and, after the opening of several java screens, the document was opened to the user:

 

 

The need of downloading the JNLP file was eliminated and the navigator calls directly the previously registered magnetic link, making the view process of electronic files quicker and eliminating the opening of several new java screens.

 

 

 

Watermark in DWG files

A commonly used file format by SE Suite users is .DWG, which now also has the watermark resource, while printing. All the customized watermark configurations existent in the system now work for this format, when using SE Viewer for viewing.

 

 

Integration with SE Form

An integration between the SE Document and SE Form components was created, enabling to create records using a form with revision control, approval route, digital signature, etc. In the document category, a form is defined as a model. This way, when editing an electronic file, the form to be filled is shown.
