Service for verification of electronic files integrity

A service was created, to verify integrity of all electronic files attached to the documents of SE Document. The aim is to verify if any system external factor has damaged or deleted the file. Such service checks each file and retrieves the status of each of them, as shown in the list below:

 

 

The service is enabled through the general parameters of SE Document:

 

 

Documents are printed by OKI multifunction printer

Now it is possible to print documents of SE Document directly through the screens of OKI multifunction printers.
