New interface for FMEA structure

A new interface was developed, for data input and analysis of FMEA structure. This structure makes the creation of a FMEA faster.

All FMEA information can be seen directly in the structure, enabling simplified monitoring of the study. Available reports were also added directly to the toolbar (ribbon), so user does not need to search the report or change screen.

 

 

Priority ranking restructuring

Priority ranking was restructured. Besides the existing views for analysis, the system allows to better track the study selected through the ranking that is available in the FMEA structure.

 

 

Overview of FMEA 3rd quadrant

The 3rd quadrant was added to FMEA view, as a complement to the analysis. Priorities ranking, area, severity x occurrence, severity x occurrence, occurrence x detection charts are also available.

 

 

Rules to make action mandatory

For better control of actions from FMEA study, an option was created to make the rules for action creation mandatory. This guarantees user will perform an action if mandatory criterion is reached.

 

 

Rules for special characteristics

The configuration of symbols for special characteristics can now be defined by FMEA type. Additionally, new rules were added to those symbols, widening the configuration possibilities.

 

 

SE Action plan integration

Now it is possible to integrate the two modules and this is defined through general parameter. An action plan can be created for actions coming from FMEA.
