Removal of the DCFILE table
After several system evolutions, the DCFILE table is no longer necessary. Thus, it has been eliminated in this version in order to improve the general performance of the system. A VIEW has been created to avoid errors in analyses from SoftExpert Analytics or other SQLs that may be using this table; however, it is recommended that these SQLs are edited to no longer use the table, once the performance will be greatly enhanced.
To delete the table, simply edit the relationship with the CDCOMPLEXFILECONT field on the DCFILE table to the same field in the DCDOCREVISION table; since the field will already be in the DCDOCREVISION table, the DCFILE relationship with DCDOCREVISION (CDDOCUMENT and CDREVISION) must also be deleted.
Note: All integrations, be they by web service or ADINTERFACE, will continue to function as usual. |
Android application improvements
Some improvements have been implemented in the Android application to enhance usability:
▪Synchronization frequency: It is now possible to configure the time, in minutes, for the application to update the documents made available off-line.
▪Favorites: It is now possible to view the favorite documents in the application.
▪Document validity date: It is now possible to display the document validity date in the document data.
Electronic file record schedule based on attribute
It is now possible to configure for the electronic file record schedule step retention start date to be an attribute, facilitating document management.
