Risk

Independent risk and control analysis

Until this version, the risk and control analysis was linked directly to a plan.

In this version, it is possible to create risk and control analyses without the need of a plan, allowing the use of SoftExpert Risk to be simplified and facilitating the integration with other SoftExpert Suite components.

Customized formula for the risk and control analysis

Each risk or control analysis can have specific characteristics that need special configurations.

To meet this demand, an environment is made available to configure customized formulas for the risk and control analyses.

The ANALYTICS function is also available for formulas in which it is possible to extract information from any SoftExpert Suite components or other bequeathed systems.

Thus, in this version, it is possible to integrate the risk results with other systems of the organization.

Changes in the "Plan type" name to "Context"

It is important to highlight that, in this version, the "Plan type" name was changed to "Context", as it is now possible to create risk and control analyses without the need for the plan.

Thus, both the plan and the analyses are linked to the context. Therefore, the "Context" name is a better representation of the system features.

New features in risk and control evaluation approval

This version makes available two new features in the evaluation approval: the possibility to approve more than one evaluation at a time and a new interface to perform the approval.
